egg, wheat, gluten and dairy free cake and it doesn't
taste like carboard!
This is probably the best healthy carob cake on earth
and actually resembles a chocolate brownie! Use organic
products wherever you can. I tried it on a few of my
friends and one of my friends, Melanie, who can not eat
gluten and said it was yummy!
Place the carob syrup and the organic margarine
in a bowl and whisk until smooth and fluffy. Sift in
the flour, baking powder and add the spices Add the
ground almonds.Mix well.Add the raisins and mix well
again.Pre heat the oven to 175oc and bake
for approx 20 minutes or until light and springy and
golden brown.
